Jim Speicher is OC’s Epic Dad running a family friendly construction company that is based out of Fountain Valley, CA. Though we are named OC’s Epic Dad Construction, we do service outside the area. Our focus on family values translates into a stellar work ethic, meticulous hard work, and great customer service. We aim to be the company you can count on from before the project starts to well down the road for future projects. Our testimonials are real and heartfelt from the great number of people we have been able to touch in the Southland. We have strived through real blood, sweat, and tears to be where we are at now. The company has gone from being a one-man operation to having a generous number of workers to tackle an entire multitude of needs in both residential and commercial construction. - We have you covered with architectural designs, engineering, surveys, permits, and more.
- We are upfront about subs. All construction companies use sub-contractors in particular areas. Any subs we bring in are licensed, bonded, and insured. Subs allow for a more efficient experience at times. For example a sub-contracted electrician will get your electrical work done precisely to code for that city and quickly because it’s their every day focus. When you’re building an entire house you need that extra muscle. Any company that tells you they aren’t using a sub contractor for something isn’t being upfront.
- Uniformed workers. Our professional attire will let you know who’s in your house and your neighbors know who we are as well as letting you know the difference between any subs and our direct workers.
